Install PrintHub.exe
Run it on any Windows 10 or 11 PC that can see the printer. One file, no installer, no drivers to add.
Pair it with your account
Paste the pairing code from the console. The PC and every printer on it show up in the API within seconds.
Print from your code
POST a PDF or raw ZPL / ESC/POS job to /printjobs. PrintHub.exe picks it up and prints it, usually in under a second.
Built for developers
PrintHub is only an API. There is no consumer print shop here: you build the product, we move the job to the printer.
PrintNode-compatible
Same paths, JSON fields and HTTP Basic auth as PrintNode. Point an existing integration at a new base URL.
PDF and raw printing
PDFs render with Windows' built-in engine. ZPL, EPL, ESC/POS and PCL go straight to the spooler.
Printer capabilities
Each printer reports paper sizes, trays, color, duplex and DPI, so your app can offer the right options.
Job states
Follow every job from new to sent_to_client to done or error with /printjobs/{id}/states.
Sub-accounts
Integrators create an account per customer and act as them with an X-Child-Account-By-* header.
Works behind NAT
PrintHub.exe makes outbound HTTPS calls only. No port forwarding, VPN or static IP.
PrintHub for Windows
A small tray app. It finds every installed printer, keeps a connection open to PrintHub, and prints the jobs you send. Runs on Windows 10 and 11 with nothing else to install.
